Visiting Egypt in November
Climate and weather guide
November
Daytime temperatures are finally dropping below 30C once again, so if you struggle with the extreme heat, November is a great month to visit Egypt. Temperatures hover between around 25C and 29C across the country, there’s limited rain (and only in the north, particularly Alexandria), nights aren’t too cold and the waters of the Red Sea are still nicely warm at around 25C. Although this is the beginning of peak season, you won’t see the same crowds as other winter months, when travellers flock here for the winter sun.
