Sales Support Assistant

Are you a driven, detail-oriented, travel-loving individual who would thrive in a fast-paced environment providing excellent administrative support to a fun and passionate sales team? Would you enjoy working as a part of our growing team assisting with sales, administration, finances, and helping to ensure customer satisfaction? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Rickshaw Travel as a Sales Support Assistant, and gain exposure to the travel industry and a progressive office environment.

At Rickshaw Travel, we are dedicated to providing our customers with unique, exceptional and responsible travel experiences. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

This is a 4 or 5 day per week role with 4 days from our office in Brighton.

What’s the Role?

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as helping to book travel arrangements, creating invoices, and managing some customer enquiries.
  • Help manage travel arrangements and logistics for customers, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
  • Process customer bookings and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate and timely information on bookings, travel arrangements, and customer queries.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales and customer support activities.
