Peace of mind - book now with a small deposit
– 10% deposit secures your dates for ground arrangements (hotels, guides, activities)
– 40 days before departure your final balance is due
– Cancel FOC in the event we are unable to provide your holiday to due to changes in FCDO advice against travel
*Flights are paid in full at the time of booking and this protects you from future fuel surcharges
24/7 support
You’re never on your own. We’re reachable around the clock, and our local partners are nearby on the ground. Whether it’s a practical question, a last-minute change, or you’re just wanting to check something, we’re here. Our friendly (and very knowledgeable) team is on top of any potential changes, and will be your first port of call before you travel. During your travels, you can rest assured of 24/7 support from our local teams.
Any (unlikely) changes will be dealt with by us, or our local partners if you're already on your holiday
In the unlikely event of a change to your holiday, we will ensure the alternative is just as good, or better. That might mean:
– A different but equivalent, or upgraded, place to stay
– An adjusted route that works equally well
– A rescheduled transfer or excursion
No matter what happens, we’ll talk it through with you to make sure you’re happy with whatever we arrange.
