About Us

At Rickshaw, we create sustainable, experience-led holidays that help travellers connect meaningfully with the places they visit. Guided by adventure, responsibility, and a belief that travel can be a force for good, we aim to make a positive impact for travellers, partners, and local communities.
We’re a collaborative, forward-thinking company that values fresh ideas, thoughtful problem-solving, and learning from one another. As we grow, we’re looking for people who value teamwork, are motivated by impact, and want to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation.

About you

You’re a confident, creative marketer who knows how to tell stories that make people want to pack a bag. You’ve spent a few years honing your craft across social media, content, and brand communications, and you’re ready to take ownership of how Rickshaw shows up in the world.

You’ll be the driving force behind our social media presence, creating and curating content that feels authentic to who we are. You’re as comfortable shooting and editing short-form video as you are writing a compelling caption or long-form feature. You have a strong visual eye and can produce polished creative assets without needing to brief a designer for every task.

You’ll also take ownership of our PR agency relationship, steering strategy, reviewing coverage, and making sure our brand story lands with the right audiences in the right places. You won’t need to write every press release yourself, but you’ll know a good angle when you see one and hold the agency accountable for results.

You think about marketing through the lens of the customer journey, from the moment someone first discovers Rickshaw through to the stories they share after they get home. You understand how different touchpoints connect, and you’re always looking for ways to make that experience feel joined up, personal, and true to our brand. Your sweet spot is brand, social, and communications rather than performance marketing or data pipelines. You care about sustainable travel, you’re curious about how AI and emerging tools can sharpen your craft, and you enjoy the energy of working in a team. You’re happy to be in our Brighton office as part of a flexible, hybrid setup.
