We understand that booking a holiday is a commitment, especially when you’re arranging something as personal and detailed as a tailor-made trip. That’s why we’ve built flexibility into how we work to give you full peace of mind.

– 10% deposit secures your dates for ground arrangements (hotels, guides, activities)
– 40 days to make your final decision before you pay the balance
– Flights are paid in full when booked (standard for all airlines)
– You’ll receive a refund if circumstances change: If FCDO advice shifts or your route is affected, you can cancel

 

Please note that there are occasions where we’ll ask for a higher deposit amount, for example, when your itinerary includes certain high-demand or non-refundable elements, such as the Inca Trail, domestic flights, rail journeys etc or if you’re booking less than 40 days before departure. In this case, we’ll ask for 50% upfront and the rest once everything is confirmed.
