Life at Rickshaw

Working at Rickshaw Travel is not your typical job.  Oh no.  We are a bunch of passionate lovers of all things travel. However, most travel companies say that.  What makes us different is just that.  We dare to be different. We believe in what we do, but most importantly why we do it. We want our customers not just to book with us but to identify and believe in the way we work.  This is centred around people and without our team at Rickshaw, our amazing, tireless in-destination partners and our loyal band of customers (Rickshaw Ramblers) we are nothing.  So people matter.  If you like cake on your birthday, beer on a Friday (sometimes other days), fancy dress, free lunch, a Cockapoo, and the best office in Brighton.  Look no further.

Recent activity at Rickshaw

We recently won two awards at the very first Brighton & Hove Independent Business Awards. We were thrilled to win the Employer of the Year award as this award recognises businesses that excel in staff relations, staff retention,  excellent training opportunities and who care for their employees. AKA, the bestest and most wonderful company to work for!

To top it off, the judges had another surprise up their sleeves by awarding us Overall Business of 2016! This prestigious award was given to us on the basis of being the most impressive business of the year; a recognition for looking after our clients, staff and community. To say we were surprised is an understatement! Blushing? Us? No ?
