Meet the Rickshaw team
One of the things that makes Rickshaw truly special is our dedicated team from our Travel Specialists all the way through to our Managing Director. Each and every team member has their own real experience of travelling and are passionate about the meaningful travel experiences we offer. Find out more about our friendly team in Brighton, and let them inspire you.
Meaningful travel lies at the heart of everything we do at Rickshaw. For us, it’s all about preserving and supporting local communities, minimising the harmful effects of tourism both socially and environmentally, and ensuring that our trips are responsible, authentic – and of course fun!
Our local projects
We’re committed to ensuring each of our destinations, and the communities within them, benefit from our trips. So as part of our mission, we support a number of local projects, from a community school in Cambodia to a sloth sanctuary in Costa Rica.
Our unique accommodation
For us, accommodation is more than just a place to rest your head; it’s part and parcel of the whole travel experience. That’s why we use a selection of hand-picked places brimming with character and local charm. From family-run guesthouses and jungle lodges, to village homestays and cosy beach bungalows.
Our customer reviews
There’s nothing we love more than hearing all about our Rickshaw Ramblers’ travels when they return. We’re continuously on the look out for ways to better our travel experiences and we regularly feature customer posts on our blog. Want to see what our Rickshaw Ramblers think?
