We’re contacting all customers with scheduled departures to discuss your options, including alternative routing where available. Our team will work with you to find the best solution for your trip.

How we're working

1. We’re monitoring the situation closely

We’re monitoring government travel advice, airline updates, and information from our local partners daily. This includes specific regions and individual flights, not just blanket country bans. Check the latest official guidance from the UK Foreign Office at the FCDO travel advice website.

2. We’re prioritising contacting customers by departure date

Travellers leaving first get our immediate attention. If your trip needs to be changed, we’ll contact you in order of your departure date so we can help those travelling soonest.

3. We wait for official decisions

Airlines make flight-by-flight decisions about whether routes will go ahead, change, or cancel. Until a flight is officially changed, standard terms and conditions apply. We’re monitoring this constantly in the background and won’t wait for an official cancellation before we start working on alternatives for you.

4. We find solutions together

If your flight is cancelled or travel advice changes, we’ll contact you personally to discuss what’s best for your situation. This might mean rebooking to a later date, adjusting your flight path, or choosing an alternative destination entirely. We’ll always work with you to find something that feels right.

5. We keep you in the loop

If anything changes that could affect your trip, we’ll get in touch. We’ll do this in order of departure date so we can help those travelling first.
