Travel Sales Specialist

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Travel Sales Specialist to join our friendly Brighton-based team. The Role
As a Travel Sales Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for customers throughout their journey, from the very first enquiry to the moment they return home. That means:
– Designing tailor-made itineraries that match each traveller’s wish list
– Working closely with our local partners around the world
– Staying connected with customers to ensure every step of their trip runs smoothly
You’ll also:
-Take ownership of your own destinations and sales performance.
– Share ideas and feedback to help shape our products, website content, and marketing.
– Work with your teammates to continuously improve the way we deliver responsible travel experiences.
This is a key role at the heart of our business. If you’re customer-focused, commercially minded, and love bringing travel dreams to life, this could be the role for you.
Who we’re looking for
We know great people come with different experiences, so we’re open to applicants at different levels. Ideally, you’ll bring some of the following:
– Previous sales experience, this could be in travel or another B2C sales environment.
– A real passion for travel, ideally with first-hand knowledge of some of our key destinations.
– Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.
– Confidence to take the initiative, solve problems, and work towards ambitious goals.
– Resilience and enthusiasm, even on Mondays!
– A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
– The drive to continually succeed, develop and grow.

– A salary of £26,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
