Day 1 – Arrival in Balangan
Today, you’ll arrive at your resort on the Bukit Peninsula, where you’ll stay in a beach bungalow set amidst tropical gardens with sweeping sea views. Balangan Beach, on the Bukit Peninsula, is just a short walk away and generally better for surfing than swimming, so you can relax on the warm sand and watch the surfers on the horizon.
Days 2-3 – Surfing lesson & departure
Today you’ll test out your skills on a surfboard. After a short briefing and a few stretching exercises you’ll be handed your surfboard to take to the waves. The experienced instructors make sure you understand the basics and stay with you the whole time giving one-on-one tuition. The conditions are perfect for beginners and intermediate surfers alike so even if you feel a bit wobbly to start by the end you’re sure to be up and surfing!
The next day your stay on Balangan beach will come to an end.
