Days 2-4 – Surf’s up and more!

The next few days are yours to hit the different surf spots and hone your skills. During your time here we’ll arrange for a surf lesson with a professional instructor to teach you the basics and get you on your way. Due to the location of the bay, the waves at Porto da Cruz are predictable and ideal for learning to surfSao Vicente is great for the surfer with more experience or those who want to build up their skills and challenge themselves. This area is not only good for surfing though. You can also see the mountains behind the village and there are miles of hiking trails along levadas (old irrigation canals) and all routes are well signposted.
