Day 1 – Arrival in Lombok
When you arrive on Lombok, you’ll be whisked off to the west coast by a private driver, where your small-scale beach resort awaits. With a large sparkling swimming pool and a restaurant serving up tasty Indonesian dishes, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The rest of today is yours to do as you please. Take a walk along the beach, swim in the clear blue sea or just sit back and relax with a good book.
Days 2-3 – Fishing boat trip & departure
This morning it’s time to explore the west coast! You’ll be collected from your hotel and transferred to a local fishing boat, which will take you on a trip passing by tiny islands, colourful coral and darting fish. After a quick stop to try your hand at catching some fish (if you’re feeling adventurous), you’ll continue to one of the picturesque little islands for lunch.
Once you’ve let your food go down you can enjoy the underwater world by strapping on your snorkelling gear and jumping right in. The calm waters, protected by the offshore islands, make for a higher chance of good visibility. At the end of your trip you’ll be taken back to your hotel where you’ll arrive at about 5pm. Just enough time to watch the sun go down with a tropical cocktail!
