In light of the FCO’s travel advisory notice, which advises British nationals against all but essential international travel, you might be wondering what this means for you and your own travel plans.

The situation is changing everyday, but our number one priority remains the same: our customers. Our team is adapting quickly, working hard behind the scenes and taking a proactive approach to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our travellers.

We’re pleased to share with you that our team has been able to get all of our travellers back home safely. We’re now contacting anyone with trips departing imminently and will be focusing on these bookings in order of closest departure dates. We hope you understand our need to prioritise in this way.

Rest assured, your travel specialist will be in touch with you as soon as they can to chat through the options for your holiday. Please do bear with us and wait for us to contact you before picking up the phone. We’re receiving a high volume of calls everyday, which only slows down our ability to reach those who are most in need of our support.

We’re a small but mighty team. We’re doing our very best and we want to send you away on an amazing holiday with us once this pandemic is over.

In the meantime, we hope you’re staying safe and looking after each other.

Thanks again for your continued support and understanding.
