Tess conditions
Welcome to Rickshaw Travel’s conditions for our virtual destination expert Tess. During your Rickshaw holiday, Tess will send tips via WhatsApp about your location. Please see below a number of conditions that apply to this service.
- Tess can only be reached during your trip, not before or after.
- You will only receive WhatsApp messages from Tess during the trip.
- Tess’s service can only be used for booked Rickshaw trips at selected destinations.
- Tess can only be reached on WhatsApp with text messages.
- Tess is available 7 days a week from 08:00 to 19:00 (UK GMT time).
- It is always possible to unsubscribe. Send Tess a message via WhatsApp with ‘Tess out’
- Data and/or internet usage charges are at your own expense.
- We reserve the right to make any changes to this service.
- All advice, tips and guidance from Tess is taken at your own risk and Rickshaw Travel cannot be held accountable for errors, changes or damages arising from this service or any activities you choose to engage in. This does not form part of your package holiday contract.
