In the north of Panama, in the middle of a lush valley, wedged between towering volcanoes, is your home for the next few days, Boquete. Surrounded by exotic flowers, plants and birds you can enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings. The humid climate makes this the perfect place for growing coffee. You'll experience the whole process from bean to cup while visiting the local coffee plantation.

Day 1 – Arrival in Boquete

This area is known for its fresh, cool climate; the perfect place for coffee plants. The lush gardens at your hotel are home many plants and wildlife that provide an explosion of smells and colours. Kick back and take in the view across the green landscape.

Day 2 – From coffee bean to coffee cup

This afternoon you’ll be met by Richard and head out to learn about the coffee in this area. As you stroll through the grounds of the coffee farm, it quickly becomes clear just how much work is involved in producing this drink.

Day 3 – Departure

This morning takin in take in the views of this beautiful area before jetting off to your next destination. January to March is the best time to travel to Boquete. Outside this time, it rains from midday to 3pm almost on the dot, but it’s still possible to enjoy yourself. Temperatures remain around 28 degrees most of the year.
