You will meet your driver and English speaking guide in Polignano a Mare and take a seat in the back. Meander through narrow streets, past quaint village churches, charming courtyards and small bays that dot the landscape. Along the way, you will visit the village of San Vito and stop at a typical Apulian farm to taste regional products such as cheese, sausage, and wine, each bite a celebration of Apulian culinary traditions. Your guide will then bring you back to the centre of Polignano a Mare, leaving the rest of the day for you to enjoy at your leisure. Day 4 – Departure from Polignano a Mare
