Day 1 – Across the sea to Koh Kood
From Ko Chang, you can easily arrange a boat transfer to southern Koh Kood. Coming from the mainland? Then travel to the town of Trat, which can be reached overland or by flight from Bangkok. It’s also possible to travel to Trat from Cambodia. On arrival in Trat, jump in a songthaew or taxi to Laem Ngob pier where you can board the ferry to the white sandy beaches of Koh Kood. The ferry journey takes around one hour. After checking in, you can take a refreshing dip in the resort pool or in the sea, which the resort borders.
Day 2 & 3 – Relax and explore Koh Kood
The next few days are free for you to relax and explore. Crawl into a hammock or take off your flip-flops and walk through the fine sand with the sound of the waves in the background. There are also some great snorkelling and diving opportunities. Away from the sea you can hike through the forested interior to hidden waterfalls. In the evening, enjoy freshly caught fish on the barbecue.
Day 4 – Back to the mainland
Today it’s time to say goodbye to Koh Kood. From the island, it’s easy to arrange a transfer back to Trat, and we can arrange a transfer from there to your next stop.
