Day 1

Arrival in Buenos Aires

When you arrive in Buenos Aires, you’ll be greeted in the arrivals hall and transferred directly to your hotel. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the historic heart of Buenos Aires. Take a stroll across Plaza de Mayo with its pink-coloured government building, the Casa Rosada, where Eva Peron would address her people until her death in 1952. It’s a great way to kickstart your Buenos Aires trip.

If you chose this special stay option on your Buenos Aires trip you’ll stay in San Telmo, the Tango neighbourhood of Buenos Aires where the tango rhythm can be clearly heard as you walk down the street. It’s also a great place for antique markets, local artists and that bohemian atmosphere for which Buenos Aires is famous. Moreover, it is centrally located for easy access to most of Buenos Aires’ main sites. The tango theme continues into the special stay hotel itself; the furniture, paintings and the music will make your stay complete. You can check on arrival whether there’s space on any tango classes.
