Nepal was never high on my list, but it absolutely won me over when I went! I always thought of it as the trekking capital of the world, but there is so much to see and do even if you are not quite up for the challenging Everest Base Camp trek. The culture, the jungle, and just being surrounded by the mighty Himalayas is a fantastic experience on its own and if you have a few days of trekking added on, you might be treated to one of the most spectacular sunrises you’ve ever seen.
