Day 1 – Arrival in Manuel Antonio

Today, you’ll journey to the tropical Pacific shoreline of Manuel Antonio. You’ll be staying at a hillside resort surrounded by lush rainforest, with incredibly scenic views over the Pacific Ocean. Nestled between the jungle and the sea, this is the ideal base for exploring rainforest trails and Manuel Antonio National Park, whilst having the option to balance your adventure with some laid-back beach time on Pacific shores.

Day 2 – Guided walk through the national park

This morning you’ll head into Manuel Antonio National Park with a knowledgeable local guide who knows exactly where to look for the rainforest’s hidden residents. Armed with binoculars and a telescope, you’ll wander leafy trails keeping an eye out for monkeys, sloths and brightly coloured birds, while learning how the different species live side by side – and listening out for their calls echoing through the trees. After your guided walk, you’re free to linger on one of the park’s picture-perfect beaches, swimming in clear waters or simply soaking up the jungle-meets-ocean scenery before heading back to your hotel to have the remainder of the day at leisure
