Your day-by-day itinerary
Arrival in Sun Peaks
After taking a winding road along alpine meadows and forests you’ll arrive at the mountain village of Sun Peaks. You can spend the day strolling through the village, immersing yourself in the colourful chalets, restaurants and local shops in the area. There’s a gondola that will bring you up and down the mountains, through the colour palette of flowers, so you can save your legs for the bike ride tomorrow!
Mountain Bike in the Peaks
After a tasty lunch today, you’ll choose your bike, select your helmets and take part in cross country mountain biking. You’ll have a bike at your disposal throughout the day and peddle at your own pace. You can cycle through the wildflower meadows, forests and peaks of Mt. Todd before arriving at the tranquil lake.
Optional / Alternative trip
Supping about on a Canadian Lake
If you’re not such a fan of bikes and fancy something slightly more relaxing, then you can test your balance on a stand-up paddleboard. It’s a 15-minute drive from Sun Peaks, on a typical Canadian lake surrounded by pine trees. You’ll spend a total of 2 hours with an experienced instructor who’ll teach you all the tricks of the trade, before paddling the lake yourself. Spot birds, ducks and perhaps the red echoed turtle. Of course, you could extend your stay in Sun Peaks and add this adventure on too!
