Early this morning your driver will collect you from your hotel and you’ll start travelling into the Batang Ai. You’ll make a quick pit-stop en-route and here you can collect supplies for your stay. After a couple of hours travelling, you’ll reach the reservoir where your guide from the Iban Tribe will meet you, and you’ll board a longboat to your lodge. After checking in, you and your family will have dinner and then you can have an early night or spend the evening as you please.

Jungle Trekking

It’s exciting to wake up to the sounds of the jungle, and once you’re all up and awake, you’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast cooked by your guide. Grab your walking shoes, as you’ll be heading into the jungle and exploring the surrounding area. You’ll walk through the forest and your guide will point out the native trees, plants and if you’re extremely lucky, even wild orangutans. When you’re getting all sweaty from walking, you’ll find yourself at a large, hidden waterfall – the perfect place for a refreshing dip to cool yourselves down!
