Days 1-3 – Flavours of Hanoi

Buzzing, busy, and brimming with character – Hanoi is the ideal Asian city to discover with children of all ages. It is easy to explore and has plenty of sights and sounds to keep you busy. During your time here you’ll head out with your own guide to sample delicious local delicacies served from the many food vendors that line the streets; a fantastic way of introducing yourselves and your kids to new foods in a fun and meaningful way!

Days 3-4 – Junk boats of Bai Tu Long Bay

Sparkling emerald waters littered with soaring limestone islands; Bai Tu Long Bay is a must for any family looking to add “incredible experiences” to their holiday wish list. You’ll sleep aboard a traditional junk boat, cruise through rocky outcrops, and explore its rich biodiversity during this memorable overnight cruise.

Days 4-7 – Lanterns of historic Hoi An

An atmospheric, magical old town famous for its lantern-filled laneways. Hoi An’s ancient streets are packed full of charm and with so much to see and do, it is a fantastic spot for families of all ages to explore. Hoi An is a dream destination for any foodie and what better way to introduce your kids (and yourself!) to new flavours than through an interactive cookery class? Pick up the ingredients at the local market and cook up a storm for a tasty lunch!

Days 7-9 – Whizzing through the streets of Saigon

Prepare yourself for a night out like no other as you scoot through Saigon on the back of a vintage Vespa, searching for hidden street food stalls and sampling delicious traditional snacks after dark. It’s a fantastic way of seeing a different side to this buzzing metropolis and you’ll also have plenty of time in the day to take in the many historic attractions and family-friendly activities dotted across the city, before retiring to the rooftop pool of your hotel to cool off.

Days 9-11 – Local life on the Mekong

A tangle of waterways, rural villages and the friendliest of locals, the Mekong Delta is a world away from the bustling cities of modern day Vietnam. With engaging activities for young and old and fascinating sights and sounds at every turn, this private tour of the Delta makes for a brilliant few days away. You’ll stay in an eco-lodge, reached only by boat where you’ll find yourself immersed amongst the chaotic and colourful floating markets of Cai Be and Cai Rang.

Days 11-14 – Escape to Phu Quoc Island

Over the next few days you can really kick back and relax on Vietnam’s most southerly paradise island, Phu Quoc. You’ll stay in an eco-resort on one of the picturesque beaches, with an inviting pool and just a few footsteps from the soft sand. During your time here you’ll take a boat trip out to the An Thoi islands dotted in the azure sea, surrounding the island where you’ll snorkel amongst colourful coral and enjoy a tasty lunch on the boat. This is the perfect spot to spend a few days relaxing with the family.
