Day 1 – Welcome to The Seychelles
Bonjour! Today you will arrive on Mahé, landing at Mahé International Airport. Behind the airport the lush green mountain peaks rise dramatically, giving you a first glimpse of the tropical paradise that awaits you. The airport is small and efficient, so your luggage will be on the belt in no time. Our local representative will be there to greet you, and a driver will be ready to take you to your first accommodation. You will spend the night in a charming, centrally located bed and breakfast close to the beach, an ideal spot to unwind and only a short distance from the capital Victoria. In the afternoon you can relax on the wide white sandy beach or by the pool. In the evening, you will find a variety of welcoming restaurants within easy walking distance where you can enjoy your first taste of Creole cuisine.
Day 2 & 3 – Time to explore the island
Your days on Mahé are yours to enjoy at your own pace. Spend time relaxing on the beach or take the opportunity to explore the island with a rental car. If you prefer, you can join a small group tour with a local guide, the perfect way to experience both the culture and the rich natural beauty of Mahé.
We recommend traveling through winding mountain passes and past tea plantations before heading south to the Jardin du Roi, an exotic herb garden where you will learn about the traditional and medicinal uses of the many plants that thrive here. After a rewarding day of new discoveries, watch the sun set over the ocean. Some of our accommodations feature a swimming pool, while others are set directly by the sea, so you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the warm tropical climate.
Day 4 – International departure
Today is your final day in paradise. Depending on your flight time, you can enjoy a final breakfast and perhaps relax by the pool or have a final dip in the sea. You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the airport.
