Arrival on Isla Taboga
It’s time to leave the city behind and escape to sandy beaches, pirate legends and tasty local cuisine. You’ll be collected from your hotel to catch the ferry to Isla Taboga. On arrival you’ll be transferred to your cosy B&B just 2mins from the beach. Your room is simply furnished with cosy beds and air-conditioning, though the hot water can be a little temperamental. But hey, that’s island life!

Cooking Class & Departure
Panamanian food is a melting pot of different cultures; Spanish, Caribbean and Creole dishes all make an appearance and tiny Isla Taboga adds a healthy dose of fish and seafood into the mix. What better place to learn to cook up some tasty treats? During a cooking class you’ll prepare local dishes such as sea bass stew, creole sauce and coconut rice before lunching on your creations.

The rest of your time is free to explore the island and uncover its history. There are plenty of pirate legends to keep you entertained as well as San Pedro, the second oldest church in the Western Hemisphere.
The following day, you’ll wave goodbye to this little slice of paradise as we arrange your transport back to the mainland.
