Days 1-3 – Beaches of Salento

Today you’ll travel to the enchanting land of Salento, a peninsula blessed with the beauty of two seas. To the east, the rugged Adriatic coast awaits, adorned with majestic cliffs and charming pebble coves. Quaint fishing villages dot the coastline, offering a glimpse into the authentic maritime life of Salento. On the western side of the peninsula lies the alluring Ionian coast, where long stretches of white sandy beaches beckon you to unwind and revel in the azure blue waters. You will stay in an old masseria, once an olive farm, now converted into a charming B&B. The central location of the masseria means you’ll have easy access to various beaches, allowing you to explore the diverse coastal landscapes that Salento has to offer. Each day will present a new opportunity to delve into the magic of the two seas.

Day 4 – Departure from Salento

It may be that you are Italy holiday is over today and you’ll head back to the airport. If not, you have the option to unravel the secrets of southern Italian cuisine by continuing on to the baroque city of Lecce in Puglia. Here, we can arrange a delightful cooking workshop for you, where you can immerse yourself in the flavors and techniques of this rich culinary region.
