Touching down amidst the commotion of Delhi can be something of a culture shock, so this trip is designed to give you a softer landing. You’ll spend one night in Delhi before driving on to the Pink City of Jaipur, crammed with fairy-tale palaces, historic splendour and heaving bazaars stuffed with beautiful textiles.

Your day-by-day itinerary

Arrival in Delhi

When you arrive in Delhi, you’ll be collected by your private driver and taken to your comfortable hotel in Central Delhi, near to both the spice markets of Chandi Chowk and the modern bars of Connaught Place. Here, you can catch your breath and rest after your flight or alternatively you can visit some of the local sights by Metro as there is a station nearby.

Delhi to Jaipur

Today, you’ll be transferred to the Pink City of Jaipur, where you’ll stay in a boutique, family-run hotel. The rooms are decorated in traditional Indian-style, several have four-poster beds and the family will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Breakfast is served in the small restaurant or open air in a peaceful courtyard area.

Delhi to Jaipur

Jaipur Tour & Departure

Today you’ll take a guided tour of this remarkable city, visiting the City Palace, the Observatory and the fairy-tale Palace of the Winds (Hawa Mahal). In the afternoon, you’ll visit Amber Fort before heading back to central Jaipur which is jumble of colours, camel carts, elephants, beggars, rickshaws, temples, forts and palaces.

The next day you’ll pack your bags and get ready for a new adventure.

Bollywood Film

We can arrange a trip to see a real Bollywood film in the cinema: we’ll get you tickets for the Raj Mandir in Jaipur, one of the most famous Bollywood cinemas in India. The film you see depends on what’s currently showing, but no matter what you see, it’s sure to be an entertaining evening with great music and dancing. Buy a few snacks in advance as most Bollywood films last around three hours! Then sit back and enjoy the movie!
