Riding through Monument Valley
After a leisurely morning staying in nearby Page or Bluff, you’ll head into the iconic valley in the late afternoon once the desert heat has cooled. Here, you’ll be met by your local guide for your horse-back adventure. You’ll feel like you’re in a Western film, as you head deep into the valley on your own horse at a leisurely pace, learning more about the local culture and traditions as you go. Make sure you get those family pics in front of the staggering rock formations!
It’s time to move on and continue your American road trip, either northwards for a couple of hours to Moab and your chance to give stand-up paddleboarding a go, or south, towards another iconic location, the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon.
