Located just 20 minutes drive from the airport in Colombo, Negombo is the perfect place to kick-start your Sri Lanka holiday. You’ll hop into your private car with your driver who will whisk you straight to your villa in Negombo. Your villa has an elegant and atmospheric feel to it, decorated with an eye for detail.

The activities for the rest of the day are for you to decide; put your feet up with a book, take a dip in the pool or soak up the sun and tropical greenery around you. Your villa is within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants, so you could take a gentle stroll or hop in a tuk-tuk to explore the town – it’s completely up to you.

If you choose to upgrade you’ll stay in an eco-friendly resort surrounded by mangrove forests and winding rivers. The land was originally a coconut grove and many of the trees still remain. Some were used to construct the bungalows and connecting walkways. The resort is committed to sustainability and uses solar energy for heating, recycles as much waste as possible, grows its own organic vegetables and employs people from the local rural community. So, why not treat yourself to an ayurvedic massage and feel good about relaxing!
