Rickshaw Travel is an online tour operator that offers travellers the ability to create their own customised trip to their chosen destination using our unique ‘travel modules’. Each country has a specialised website with many travel options, and we focus on booking small-scale, locally run accommodations as well as using local operators so that our product reflects the true identity of a destination. Our travel specialists have all personally visited the destination they work on and encouraged to share their own experiences and enthusiasm when creating Travel Plan proposals for our clients.

Though we are an internet company, Rickshaw Travel Specialists all act as entrepreneurs for their own 'shop'. Our 'shop windows' are the individual country websites, and our Travel Specialists are responsible for keeping their websites up to date, and looking as good as possible. They also are actively involved in the marketing and promotion of their own destinations website. We actively encourage our staff to travel around the countries they sell, or intend to sell. They can then experience the country as our clients do, and are therefore able to speak knowledgably about our product upon their return. We make this possible with a generous staff travel allowance, which is part of a competitive salary package.

Our lovely offices are located near the boarder of Brighton & Hove, and we have spectacular views of the sea from our seventh floor.

Rickshaw is a constantly growing organisation; however we work hard to ensure that the atmosphere within our company remains intimate, laid back and sociable. We are regularly looking for motivated Travel Specialists with good travel experience in the countries we sell. These are initially trainee positions in which previous travel industry experience is not necessary.
