Each country has a specialised website with many travel options, and we personally source small-scale, locally run accommodation with warmth and local atmosphere. Our travel specialists have all travelled extensively within their destinations and they’re encouraged to share their own experiences and enthusiasm with clients.

Rickshaw Travel Specialists are more than sales consultants – they’re entrepreneurs for their own ‘shop’. Travel Specialists are responsible for keeping their websites up to date and looking as good as possible. They also are actively involved in the promotion of their own destinations website. We actively encourage our staff to travel to the countries they sell, or that they would like to sell. We make this possible with a generous staff travel allowance, which is part of a competitive salary package.

Rickshaw is a constantly growing organisation but we work hard to ensure that the atmosphere within our company remains intimate, laid back and sociable. We’re regularly looking for motivated travel specialists with good travel experience in the countries that we sell. These are initially trainee positions, so previous travel industry experience is not necessary.
