Since the launch of Rickshaw Travel, we have sent hundreds of customers to our destinations all over the world who have come home smiling.
Here is a snippet of the fantastic feedback that we have received from our returning travellers, and we’re constantly updating this page to squeeze in the positive comments as they come our way.
We’ve broken down the feedback into sections so that you can see comments specific to each module that we offer. We hope that reading the feedback will both inspire and help you with the planning of your own trip.

• We really experienced a flavour of true Thailand that will stay with us for a long time. We saw and experienced much more than we would have if we travelled on our own. • Mixture of pre-planned structure and independence/freedom. From the web contact at the beginning to the efficient services on the trip, we always received first class individual treatment, but had space to do our own thing. The hotels were mostly distinctive and comfortable, and even though we went to tourist hotspots we also spent some time away from too many Westerners. • When travelling to a country like Peru, on a trip involving lots of travel and different hotels, I would tend to regard delays and hiccups as almost inevitable. Local Staff and Service
• Exceptional. We had regular contact which was always very quick, we had all the information we needed as soon as we asked for it (although quite often we didn’t even need to ask!) Both north and south India were fantastic and equally well organised. The driver in the north was great – he really made the trip in the north a fantastic experience. His English was actually a lot better than some of the guides and he told us so much about Indian culture and places of interest during the journeys. We really hope this feedback is passed on! • The website was appealing but it was really Arida’s itinerary that made the decision, we were sent several plans but hers was so detailed, very enthusiastic and personable which made it an easy choice! She happily altered the plan to suit our dates and booked us very convenient flights. As mentioned above, it really sold the company and your service.
